All deliveries are made during working hours and will require a signature upon receipt; for this reason, you may like to nominate an alternative delivery address where someone is available to sign for your parcel.
We are happy for you to order through our website and collect from our shop in Lewes. There are some bulky or particularly fragile items that we offer collection only.
Our opening hours are:
Monday- Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm
Saturdays 9.30am to 5.30pm
Closed Sundays (except in December)

(free on orders £75 and above, except for sale items included in the order)
Please allow 1–5 days for delivery (these times may differ during busy periods).
Express delivery: £10.00 per order
Your order will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day ( or a selected courier). You will need to place your order before 12noon (Monday-Thursday) to receive delivery before 1:00pm the next day; orders placed after that time will be dispatched the following day (Friday orders will be delivered Monday; Weekend orders will be sent Monday- delivered Tuesday).
Europe: £15.00 Rest of the World: £30.00
Sent via International Tracked and Signed at the Post Office, available to the destinations below. If we find your order weighs over 2000gms we might need to split the parcel. If this is the case we will email you so you can decide how you would like to proceed.

Overseas orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country; these need to be paid for customs clearance. We are not responsible for these charges.
If for any reason you would like to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt provided the item is in its original and unused condition, with all tags still attached and with all its original packaging.
You need to email us immediately to inform us that you will be sending a return, and include in the package your name, address, email contact and reason for return.
Please ensure you have used adequate packaging to protect the item. We cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage in transit and advise you to obtain a proof of postage certificate (free from the Post Office). We do not refund the original postage cost or the cost of return unless the item is faulty or there has been a mistake on our part.

will be cut to your requested length and therefore cannot be returned. We are happy to send you a sample for colour matching, please give us a call.
We take every care in ensuring there are no faults/flaws in the fabric but should you discover one please let us know immediately and return the fabric uncut to us as below, noting whether you would like a replacement (if available) or a refund.
Items not received
If you have not received an item (within 7days for standard UK, 3 days for Special Delivery and 10 days for International Airsure) please email us and we will investigate immediately and if the item is lost we will offer you a replacement (if available) or a full refund.
If you have a change of mind and wish to cancel an order, please do so as soon as possible. Please call us at the shop on 01273 470248; we are open Monday–Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Saturday 9:30am to 5:30pm or out of these hours email us and we will confirm your order is cancelled.
If we have not sent out your item we are happy to refund you in full, if we have already sent out your package you will need to return it to us as a normal return, in this case we will not refund the original postage cost.
Occasionally an item is faulty, if you believe this is the case please inform us immediately, or if you have received an item you have not ordered, please return it (as detailed above) and we will refund you in full.
