These frames are made from 65% plant-based raw material (BIOplastic) from the castor oil plant. The glasses have the same great properties as their traditional plastic frames: they are light and robust, with a long lifetime. All their glasses have comfortable flexi arms and thin, lightweight acrylic lenses. Of course, all metal parts are nickel-free. Frames, lenses and felt cases are all 100% recyclable and all glasses come with a free case made of felt from recycled plastic bottles (rPET).
